Can I visit Music China? Do I need a Visa?

The 144-hour visa-free transit is one of China’s visa exemption policies provided to eligible foreigners coming from selected countries.

Under the 144-hour visa-free transit policy, foreign travelers can enjoy a six-day stay in certain Chinese cities without a visa (including Shanghai where Music China is located), provided they come from 54 eligible countries, enter and exit China from eligible ports, stay within the allowed cities and regions, as well as satisfy other requirements.

Check to see if your country is eligible for the 144-hour visa free transit.

Do I need to train my booth demonstrator?

A bilingual demonstrator will be provided for your booth however you will still need to train them how to use your music software technology. We will get you in contact with your demonstrator before the event so you can prepare ahead of time.

Is there any extra costs or fees?

All your exhibit costs are covered in the exhibit fee. If you plan to be there in person, you are responsible for your travel, accommodations, and food expense.

How much does it cost?

Our total IMSTA exhibitor package only cost $3,150 USD to exhibit at Music China for the duration of the event.

Do I need to be an IMSTA member to be an exhibitor?

No you do not need to be an IMSTA member to exhibit. However, to enjoy discounted exhibit price, you must be an IMSTA Member.
